Shawn Hopper is the Managing Partner of Odyssey Partners Consulting, bringing more than 20 years of experience in business process optimization, digital transformation, and technology leadership to mid-market organizations across the United States. Based in the Cincinnati metropolitan area, Shawn works with leadership teams to identify where revenue is being lost, where teams are spending time on low-value work, and where systems are creating complexity instead of clarity — then designs and implements practical solutions that address all three.

His approach is hands-on and execution-focused. Where most consulting engagements stop at the recommendation, Shawn's work continues through implementation, typically delivering measurable operational impact within 60 to 90 days. Before joining Odyssey as Managing Partner, he spent nearly a decade as Practice Director at AXIA Consulting, leading enterprise information management engagements across manufacturing, financial services, and global operations. Earlier roles at EMC, IKON, and Ascendum Solutions deepened his expertise in enterprise content management, CRM platforms, and business intelligence strategy. In 2022 he merged his independent consulting practice, Vigilance Technology Services, into Odyssey, consolidating more than a decade of client work under one firm.

Shawn's engagements center on business process optimization, sales operations and pipeline redesign, CRM implementation and improvement, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and AI-enabled workflow automation. His core conviction, developed across two decades of client work, is that most organizations don't have a technology problem or a people problem. They have a process problem. Fix that, and everything else moves faster.
